John C. "Jack" Mascaro Scholarship

The John C. “Jack Mascaro Scholarship for MS Sustainable Engineering will provide partial support for educational expenses for students enrolled within the MS Sustainable Engineering program in the Swanson School of Engineering. Admitted Sustainable Engineering students are automatically considered for this scholarship and no additional materials are required.

The scholarship was created in remembrance of John C. "Jack" Mascaro. Jack Mascaro founded Mascaro Construction, one of the largest contracting and construction management firms in the nation at the forefront of green construction. A Distinguished Alumnus of Pitt's Swanson School of Engineering, he founded the Mascaro Center for Sustainable Innovation. His passion for sustainability left a strong legacy at the University of Pittsburgh.

Students must be in good academic standing and enrolled in at least 6 credits to be eligible.
