Joleen Wong is a sophomore studying Natural Sciences on the pre-med track. This is her first year as an MCSI intern. Originally from Los Angeles, Joleen gained insights on sustainability, which she hopes to share as a Sustainability Intern, by proposing a community garden while serving on her city's Community Participation Commission. At Pitt, Joleen is also involved in neurodegenerative disease research, Asian Student Alliance (ASA), the Frederick Honors College Student Council, and Science Olympiad. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, bullet-journaling, and exploring the city with friends.
