Elaina Geiger is a Strategic Planner with the Philadelphia Water Department whose work sits at the intersection of sustainability, equity, and the built environment. At Pitt, she paired her environmental engineering background with sustainability outreach as an MCSI intern, helping engage students and strengthen the Center’s communications. Elaina is a former sustainability intern with Mascaro Center for Sustainable Innovation.
Elaina Geiger graduated in 2023 with a BS in Environmental Engineering. While with MCSI, Elaina led first-year student sustainability presentations and oversaw the Center's social media presence. Elaina is continuing her education at the University of Pennsylvania, where she is pursuing a Master's in City Planning with a concentration in Environmental Planning and Land Use.
